Chris Keylock Williams, NWS is a well known artist from Portland, Oregon. Her watercolor paintings have won numerous awards and have been reproduced in art books, magazines, and as prints and notecards. She is a signature member of both the National Watercolor Society and the Northwest Watercolor Society, as well as past president of the Watercolor Society of Oregon. Chris has also been a popular watercolor instructor for over 25 years.
